A subscriber can bring under him/her without incurring any loss, partners desiring higher value projects. But recruiting partners desiring lower-value projects would lower the subscriber’s project value to the least project value of the partners under him.

A subscriber can not register for more than one project with the same name at the same time. But could re-enter with the same name as many times, as he wants, at the successful realization of each project.

If a subscriber does not want to continue with the process, the Participation Commitment Fee (PCF) is refundable at any point, provided, he at least has one person under him, or his referrer has not been presented with his dream project. Otherwise, he would need to replace himself with another partner, in order to be refunded.
